Today I would like to share a dish called Chicken Mushroom Blackie (Actually I also dunno what's the real name of this dish)
Here's the ingredients that you must have.....
Chicken Meat 1 Plate (3 Person Portion)
Soya Souces
Cooking Oil
Can Mushroom (Cut Half)
Minced Garlic (Optional)
Aji-no-moto
Salt
Steps
Step 3~ Wait a while for the cooking oil to heat and put in the minced garlic.
Step 4~ Stir it until it become yellowish and put in your chicken meat. (make sure your chicken meat is almost dry to prevent the oil to 'jump' on you)
Step 6~ Now, put in the cut mushroom and stir once more time to balance it. (you don't want your mushroom un-cooked, right)
Step 7~ Pour in 250~300 cc of water into the prying pan to boil the meat. (amount of water is depend of the portion of the meat you cook)
Step 8~ When the water boiled, put in 3~4 spoons of soya souce, 2 TEA spoon of salt and 1 TEA spoon of Aji-No-Moto.
Step 9~ Stir it again to make sure all the ingredients mixed and well cooked. Now, take a spoon and taste the soup. If it's not salty enough, put another TEA spoon of salt into it.
Step10~Let it heat for 10 more second before you put it on your plate to serve.
Caution: Don't let the water dry up as it stick to your frying pan and spoil your dish.
TQ.
Please try it at home and leave any comment.
